How to Join the Contribution Program

To participate in our contribution program, follow these steps:

  3. Start moderating Lovely Swap or Lovely Finance groups.

Naming Convention

Telegram Name: Your Telegram name must be in the format of First Name + LOVELY.

For example, "John LOVELY."

Community Moderator Guidelines

1. Purpose and Role

  • Engagement: Foster a positive and engaging environment for all community members.

  • Support: Provide assistance to users by answering questions, resolving issues, and directing them to appropriate resources.

  • Content Moderation: Monitor and manage content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines and standards.

2. Responsibilities

  • Active Participation: Regularly participate in discussions, events, and activities within the community.

  • Enforcement of Rules: Ensure all community members adhere to the community guidelines and rules.

  • Conflict Resolution: Address and mediate conflicts or disputes among community members in a fair and respectful manner.

  • Reporting: Report any issues, concerns, or violations to the project leadership team promptly.

3. Code of Conduct

  • Respect: Treat all community members with respect and dignity, regardless of their background or opinions.

  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour at all times.

  • Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of community members and project-related information.

  • Transparency: Be open and transparent in communications and actions.

4. Communication

  • Clarity: Communicate clearly and concisely with community members.

  • Responsiveness: Respond to inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

  • Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to community members and project leaders.

5. Content Guidelines

  • Appropriate Content: Ensure all shared content is relevant, respectful, and adheres to community standards.

  • No Spam: Prohibit spam, self-promotion, and irrelevant content.

  • Accurate Information: Verify and share accurate information regarding the project and its developments.

6. Event and Activity Coordination

  • Organization: Assist in organizing and promoting community events, activities, and discussions.

  • Participation: Encourage active participation from community members in events and activities.

  • Feedback Collection: Gather and report feedback from community members on events and activities.

7. Support and Resources

  • Education: Educate community members about the project's goals, features, and developments.

  • Resources: Provide access to relevant resources, such as FAQs, tutorials, and official announcements.

  • Assistance: Offer help and support to new members in navigating the community and understanding the project.

8. Continuous Improvement

Community Moderator Reward

To recognize and reward the valuable contributions of our community moderators, we have established a comprehensive reward model. This model is designed to incentivize active participation, ensure fair compensation, and promote sustained engagement within the Lovely Finance community.

1. Monthly Stipend

  • Base Stipend: Each community moderator will receive a base stipend of $200 per month for their regular participation and engagement activities.

  • Performance-Based Increase: Moderators who exceed their responsibilities or achieve specific milestones may receive an additional performance-based stipend.

2. Bonus Rewards

  • Special Events: Moderators who organize and manage pre-approved special events from the Lovely Finance Team, such as AMAs, webinars, or community challenges, will receive a bonus reward of $100 per event.

  • User Engagement: Moderators who demonstrate exceptional engagement by consistently resolving user queries and maintaining a high level of interaction will receive a bonus of $200.

3. Achievement Recognition

  • Monthly Awards: Each month, the top-performing moderator will be recognized and awarded a special bonus of $200. Recognition categories may include "Most Active Moderator," "Best Problem Solver," and "Community MVP."

4. Skill Development & Certification

  • Skill Development: Moderators will have access to training resources, workshops, and courses to enhance their skills. Participation in these programs will be rewarded with additional stipends or tokens.

  • Certification: Moderators who achieve high scores from contributions will receive a certification bonus of $1000.

5. Exclusive Perks

  • Early Access: Moderators will receive early access to new features, updates, and beta testing opportunities within the Lovely Finance ecosystem.

  • Event Invitations: Moderators will be invited to exclusive community and industry events, which will provide networking opportunities and further recognition.

6. Transparency and Fairness

  • Regular Reviews: The reward model will be reviewed quarterly to ensure fairness and transparency. Moderators will have the opportunity to provide feedback and suggest improvements.

  • Performance Metrics: Clear performance metrics will be established to objectively evaluate each moderator's contributions and determine their rewards.

Official CM Tag Assignment

The official Community Moderator (CM) tag is awarded after a three-month period of holding the Contributor Tag. The CM tag is granted based on performance evaluations of contributors over these three months. Each contributor will have a performance score, posted monthly in the dedicated Telegram group, derived from adherence to the community moderator guidelines. Contributors who meet these guidelines and achieve a high score will be awarded the CM tag, making them eligible for a monthly stipend and bonus rewards.
